DO YOU TAKE INSURANCE?

  • Yes! I am able to accept: Aetna, Oxford, Oscar Health, Optum and United Heath. I am also able to provide you with a superbill following each session for you to file with your insurance company for reimbursement of payment if you would like to see a therapist outside of network.

SO, WHAT’S THE COST?

  • Session prices are discussed in the about section.

HOW LONG ARE SESSIONS?

  • Sessions are 50-55 minutes. Longer sessions are available upon request.

HOW LONG WILL I NEED TO BE IN THERAPY?

  • Great question! But a tough one to answer. This depends on a person to person bases. Counseling is not meant to be forever, think of it more like a tune up. The focus is not meant to be “how long till I’m fixed?” but based on spending the appropriate amount of time YOU need to fulfill your needs and wants.

WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION?

  • My current hours are Monday’s through Thursday’s from 9am-7pm.

  • Honesty is the best policy! I work at a wonderful group practice with amazing therapists! If you feel like we will not be a good fit please let me know and I would be happy to connect you with someone who can best support you on your journey.
