Our Services

  • We offer two one-hour sessions to guide you through the full process of setting up your therapy business—for one flat fee. In these sessions, we’ll walk you through every step: choosing your business structure, registering with the state, applying for an EIN, setting up business bank accounts and credit cards, and getting your payroll and accounting systems in place. We’ll also make sure you understand how to stay compliant with both state and federal requirements. Our goal is to make the process simple, clear, and tailored to your needs.

  • Need help beyond the initial setup? We offer 30-minute one-on-one consultations for ongoing support. Whether you’re filing annual paperwork, updating systems, or just feeling unsure about your next business move, we’re here to walk alongside you. You don’t have to figure it all out alone—we’ll help you stay organized, confident, and compliant.

    • Initial Setup Package – $350
      Includes two 60-minute one-on-one sessions to walk you through setting up your therapy business, forming an S-Corp, registering with the state, applying for an EIN, opening business accounts, and getting your payroll and bookkeeping systems in place.

    • Continued Support Sessions – $75 per 30-minute session
      Ideal for ongoing support with compliance, annual filings, software questions, or anything else that comes up as your business evolves.
